One of the best restaurants in town. Its a very cozy and a bright place. The ribs were amazing and everything was very tasty. Only downside was the service was slow mainly due to a slow kitchen. SuSuitable for small groups and reservations are highly suggested because its a small space

Old School Eatery is easily one of the most unique and unforgettable dining spots in Revelstoke. Housed in a beautifully repurposed historical schoolhouse, the atmosphere manages to feel both nostalgic and elevated all at once. The charming vintage touches throughout the restaurant give it so much character, creating a warm, vibrant ambiance that immediately makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the doors. The menu is an absolute triumph, taking classic comfort food comfort staples and giving them an inventive, high-quality twist. Every dish we tried was packed with rich flavor and crafted with noticeable care and quality ingredients. From the generous portions to the thoughtful presentation, it’s clear that the kitchen takes immense pride in delivering top tier food that satisfies every craving. To top it all off, the service was top-notch from start to finish. Our server was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making helpful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. If you're visiting Revelstoke or passing through, Old School Eatery is an absolute must stop experience!

Ngl probably the best meal I've had in the last half a year. I had the lamb chops, and not only were they excellent (better without tzatziki), the potatoes were also fantastic (perfect with the tzatziki) and the vegetables were amazing and shone brighter than vegetables should ever shine on a plate containing lamb chops. For a random solo meal on a driving trip through from Edmonton to Vancouver, this was far better than I could have anticipated! Eating solo, they treated me as well as anyone else! (which isn't always the case) It may be a bit off the beaten path from downtown, but it's worth the jaunt over to! HIGHTLY RECOMMENDED!

Spent the weekend in Revelstoke and this was the best food and best service we had the whole weekend. The burger is phenomenal and the salads are fresh and crisp. Kids menu is easy and tasty. Will be back for sure.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Actually, can I give 6 stars? What a fantastic dinner at Old School Eatery! I had the Pan Seared Wild Salmon Linguine, and honestly… this was a 6 out of 5. 😄 Beautifully cooked salmon, delicious pasta, perfectly balanced flavours — one of those dishes where you seriously consider ordering the exact same thing again before you’ve even finished it. A cold Revelstoke Lager alongside it certainly didn’t hurt either. 🍺 For dessert, we shared the Flourless Chocolate Torte and the Basque Cheesecake — because apparently after a meal like this, making sensible decisions is overrated. Both were excellent, although sharing them suddenly felt like a questionable idea. 😅 Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and a dinner we’ll definitely remember from our time in Revelstoke. Five stars officially. Six for the salmon linguine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really good food, everyone liked both their appies and their main dishes. The Brussels sprouts were great and the steaks were cooked perfectly (rare) with a really tasty rub/seasoning. The tempura shrimps were very crispy. The decor and ambience were very nice and the service was good for how busy it was. I selected “no wait” for a table in the review options, but that’s because we were willing to sit at the bar, otherwise it would have been about an hour wait for a table because we didn’t make a reservation, so make a reservation.

If only there are more stars, I could rate higher! The reviews I read before coming to this place are spot on! We ordered the Lamb, Linguine, Ceasar salad, Tempura, Fries, and Butter Pasta. The dishes tastes delicious; dish presentations are elevated. Our server, Magdalena, is super cool and awesome! Even my kid enjoyed their food—kids menu with ice cream is perfect! I highly recommend this gem if in Revelstoke! I also recommend making a reservation because the spots get filled quickly.
